NASA Announcement: Hubble Finds Oldest Galaxy Evah!
January 26, 2011 0 CommentsFollowing-up on our post Monday, NASA announced that they discovered a small galaxy of blue stars that seemed to have formed only 500 million years after the Big Bang. One-hundredth the size of our own Milky Way, this star structure is the most distant object humanity has ever seen and is 150 million years older than the previously known oldest galaxy.
